InterviewLab helps candidates preparing for competitive bank exams — SBI PO, IBPS PO, SBI CBO, PNB LBO, and similar roles — get real interview practice with real feedback.
We connect candidates with experienced interviewers for live mock interviews conducted over Google Meet. Every session is recorded (with the consent of both the interviewer and the candidate) and analyzed to give candidates clear, actionable feedback on their communication, structure, and interview readiness — the kind of feedback that's hard to get on your own.
What we do
Mock interviews, run live. Candidates are matched with interviewers for one-on-one mock interview sessions over Google Meet.
AI-assisted analysis. With participant consent, sessions are analyzed to surface strengths, gaps, and specific areas to improve — going beyond a general "you did fine" debrief.
Focused on bank exam interviews. Our interviewers and prep content are built around the specific interview formats used in SBI, IBPS, PNB, and similar public sector bank recruitment processes.
Our approach
We believe the best way to prepare for a high-stakes interview is to practice the real thing — under real conditions, with a real interviewer, and with feedback that's specific enough to act on. InterviewLab exists to make that kind of practice accessible and affordable for exam aspirants.
